Instructions for Final Submissions

The final version of accepted papers (for both oral and interactive sessions) shall be submitted by May 25, 2011, at Paperplaza.  Authors shall follow formatting instructions to prepare the manuscripts for final submissions. Authors are encouraged to use the available Latex or Microsoft Word templates to prepare the manuscripts. Only PDFs are accepted for submission. Information on generating and testing IEEE Xplore-compliant PDFs can be found here.

For the final submission, six pages in the standard two-column format are allowed for each paper, with a maximum of two additional pages permitted at an extra charge of €100 per page. The final submission of an accepted paper shall be accompanied by a one-page slide that summarizes the paper. These slides will be organized by sessions and distributed to ICAR 2011 participants as a Digest. Please prepare your slide using this Powerpoint template.

The final submission of an accepted paper requires a full registration (at non-student rate) by one of the coauthors. A single registration can be used to upload up to two papers.
